Terms And Conditions
Before you book a trip with Falak Tak Travel, kindly go through the terms and conditions that
apply to your booking.
- • Confirmation of all the bookings will be done on minimum token amount of
INR 4,500 pp
- • Rest amount needs to be paid before departure. Pending payment may result
in the cancellation of the trip.
- • No boarding without a valid govt. approved ID
- • We do not have any Insurance policy covering the expenses for accident,
sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason. Guests are advised to seek such Insurance
in advance.
- • Travellers are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and
belongings throughout the trip. Falak Tak is not liable for any loss or theft of personal
items.
- • Factors such as weather, road conditions, physical abilities of the
participants etc. may dictate Itinerary change. We reserve the right to change any schedule
in interest of safety, comfort and general well-being.
- • We do not allow smoking during the trip. Falak Tak reserves the right to
discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct and no refund will be made
under such circumstances.
- • Departure time is fixed as given and it's on you to update your status to
the trip coordinator. Trip coordinator will also try to call you at least thrice but Falak
Tak is not responsible for the phone not getting connected.
- • Any acts of misbehaviour or creating a nuisance towards our team members
or fellow travellers will not be tolerated. We are a responsible travel community, dedicated
to providing you with a memorable experience
- • The person making the reservation is responsible for any damages caused
to room furnishings and fixtures and is liable to pay for the same.
- • Any extra meals ordered by guest apart from the ones mentioned under
inclusions, customer need to pay directly at hotel counter
- • Above 15 days from travel date: 50% of advance refund, 10-15 Days: 25% of
advance refund & Less than 10 days: No Refund. There is no refund for no-shows. No refund
for early check-outs. Any meal, activity or service not availed by the guest will not be
adjusted in the Package cost and will not be refunded in any cost.
